Our promises
- Ask first No recording without a signed family yes. A kid can always say "not today."
- Cedar Park Our own server. No cloud. No third-party AI ever hears your kid.
- First names only Nothing that identifies a child beyond the team.
- Gone at season's end Every family's audio is deleted. A commitment, not a policy.
What the coach sees
- The two-minute brief after practice
- Which drills confused the team
- Kids' words about what finally clicked
What the coach never sees
- Car-interview audio, unless a parent chooses to share it
- Any list of which kid said what
Your controls
- Skip a night Say "not tonight." No reason needed, ever.
- Leave any time One message to the coach; your family stops that day.
- Erase on request Everything with your kid's name deleted within 7 days, confirmed in writing.
